A WOMAN had her car stolen while she was posting a letter in Penketh.
She had left the blue Nissan Micra's engine running in Station Road on Friday, April 1, at around 2pm.
A man got into the car and drove off towards Tannery Lane and possibly in the direction of Widnes.
He is described as white, aged 19 to 20, of slim to medium build, with black hair and possibly facial hair, and was dressed in a Lacoste tracksuit top and bottoms.
The car's registration number was Y651 MBN, and there was a Panasonic laptop and a grey Nokia 3510 mobile phone inside.
