GARDENERS have been enjoying a new wildlife area at the allotments in Welshman's Lane, Nantwich.
The area, which includes a pond, natural shrubbery and benches for relaxation, has been designed by Cheshire Wildlife Trust and paid for by Nantwich Town Council.
Cllr Keith Cafferty said: "The wildlife area is something that will benefit able bodied and disabled allotment holders.
"Hopefully it will be widely used and enjoyed by people who come to the allotments."
