ARLEY Hall welcomed not just one Alice in Wonderland, but four, along with two white rabbits, Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum, the Mad Hatter, the Dormouse and of course, the Cheshire Cat.
Children took part in an adventure trail around the gardens, stopping to visit the Tea Party in Arley's Tea Cottage and then joining Alice for story times and poetry in the Grade I listed Cruck barn.
Rupert Attlee, business and events manager, said: "It really has been a wonderful time for all of us.
"All in all we are absolutely delighted and our visitor figures have certainly exceeded 'eggpectation'."
