POLICE have made an appeal after poison was stolen from Lymm.
The theft took place at a commercial premises in the village between 6pm on Tuesday and 9am today, Wednesday.
A stock check earlier in the day has revealed that two small, plastic containers of strichnene, a white powder, are missing.
Police have made an urgent appeal for their recovery. If anyone has any information, call Warrington police on 652222 or Crimestoppers in confidence on 0800 555111.
