A WOMAN'S dream of having her own riding school could come true if planners give it the green light.

Liane Prescott, from Rudheath, has applied for outline planning permission to build an equestrian centre and associated development in The Avenue, Marston, after wanting to work with horses since she learned to ride at the age of 12.

The 31-year-old is currently self-employed teaching people to ride on their own horses and helping others set up yards, but her ambition has always been to have her own centre and thinks the Marston location is perfect.

She said: "It's close to Northwich but at the same time once you're on the bridleways, you're soon into Marbury Park and feel like you're in the middle of the countryside."

The plans currently make provision for a 20 metre by 45 metre minimum sized arena and parking, but Liane hopes to extend it in the future so that as well as offering lessons and courses, she can hold competitions, clinics and shows.
