REPRESENTATIVES from Warrington Male Voice Choir made a special presentation to a Warrington Guardian staff member last week.
Barrie Johnson, chairman of the choir and secretary Ian Scholes made a visit to the Warrington Guardian offices on Bridge Street to present chief reporter Sarah Harker with a framed certificate in recognition of the publicity given to the choir.
Mr Johnson and Mr Scholes thanked Sarah for her efforts in helping to raise the public profile of the choir in partnership with Steve Grant, the choir's press officer.
Sarah said: "I'm really touched by the choir's appreciation of the Guardian's coverage of their numerous events.
"The choir holds a very special place in the hearts of the people of Warrington and we are pleased to report any news of their very busy schedule of performances."
