WHAT'S even cooler than being the world's suavist secret agent? Being a bad Bond, of course.

If 007's constant do-gooding gets on your nerves then GoldenEye: Rogue Agent is the perfect antidote.

You are an aspiring M16 agent who gets dismissed for reckless brutality after the first level.

But legendary Bond arch enemy, Goldfinger, appreciates your sadistic streak and hires you as an enforcer.

The super-rich villain is locked in a ruthless gangland war with brilliant scientist Dr No. Your aim is to use all your cunning to personally profit from the battle and to, quite simply, rule the world. Not save it, like that goody-goody James Bond.

You will cross paths with classic Bond characters including OddJob, Scaramanga and Pussy Galore. And in your bid to become the vilest villain ever, you will visit familiar 007 haunts like the mountains of Switzerland, Fort Knox and the streets of Hong Kong.

Graphically this game is superb. And the intelligent reaction of enemies makes for some unpredictable and adrenaline-fuelled battle scenes.

Play as a single player or choose the multi-player split screen option, and there's also the chance to play online.

Bookies have GoldenEye: Rogue Agent down as this Chrismas' best selling game and it's an essential stocking filler for anyone who thinks being the good guy is overrated.
