WARRINGTON Athletics Club member Chris Healy achieved personal bests in the long jump and javelin at an open track and field meeting at Deeside Athletics Club on Sunday.
Chris was one of three members of the Warrington club to compete in the event, and finished fourth in the under 13 boys' javelin with a throw of 14.35m, as well as taking eighth in the long jump after leaping 3.53m and earning fourth in the 100m in 16.3secs.
Catherine Healy finished second in the under nine girls' 75m in 15.4secs and third in the long jump with a distance of 1.97m, while Anthony Healy finished third in both the under nine boys' 75m and long jump after recording 16.3secs and 1.37m respectively.
