LEADING teams in all the Darts divisions of the Carlsberg UK Open League are making their presence felt by maintaining unblemished records.

Premier Darts toppers Pioneers Club found themselves 2-0 down to promoted Raven A, but skipper Pete Boughey then took the helm to steady the ship and set them on course for a 5-3 win.

Challengers Delamere always held the upper hand at Commercial, their 5-3 victory resulting in the two swapping places. Lady A got their campaign off to a 'Flying' start with a 5-3 win at Amalgamated B.

Phil Stockton hit a 15 dart leg and 104 and 120 checkouts and team mate Tony Pogonowski a 19 darter that included a 180. John Speed (Pioneers) and Mark Tirrell (Delamere) hit 16 dart legs, Mark including a 180 in his.

Rockwood A duo Dave Coyne and Dean Scott hit respective 18 and 19 darters, Scotty completing his on the bull.

Teammate Damien Weaver was on the mark with a 104 checkout and John Cooper (Pioneers) registered a maximum 180.

In Division One Darts promoted Nags Head A and relegated Vine A continue to set the pace after respective 5-3 victories over Bridge A and Kings Arms A.

Phil Bratherton (Bridge C) hit an 18 darter, Mick Hassall (Vine A) a 180 and Cliff Davison (ASLEF Leisure), Howard Bateman (Vine A) and Gary Hawkins (Bridge A) hit respective 140, 104 and ton finishes.

Joint leaders in Division Two Darts, Cross Keys A and the George maintained their impressive start with big wins, which deposited losers Hop Pole and British Lion A to the bottom two slots.

Promoted third placed team British Lion B found themselves 3-1 down to visitors Leisure A, but recovered well to force a draw. Tony Ralphs (George) won in 19 darts and Brian Jackson (Leisure A) with a 118 checkout.

Division Three Darts is living up to its reputation of being the most competitive section.

There are triple joint leaders in promoted Broughton Arms, Kings Arms B and relegated LMR Sports, with the remaining six teams covered by two points.

Relegated Raven B headed promoted Crosville Club 4-2, but had to settle for a draw when Crosville won both pairs games. Craig Pownall (Crosville) hit an unwanted 180 when attempting to leave his partner on a double top finish.

The consistent Chris Watwood (Crown) won with a 101 finish to an 18 darter.

Brunel, Earl of Chester and Imperial all share top place in Division Four Darts with fourth placed Coppenhall Leighton on the same points mark.

Shaun Young (Brunel) won in 19 darts and Sheila Edwards clinched Earl of Chester's 5-3 win over Rockwood B despite opponent Tony Davis hitting a 180.

Division Five Darts has North Ward B one point ahead of Victoria after respective 5-3 wins over Ashbank and Horse Shoe, the latter forfeiting a 3-0 advantage.

Amalgamated B lead Premier Dominoes after trouncing Flying Lady A 7-1.

Second placed Delamere move two points ahead of Commercial after beating them 6-2.

There are no unblemished records remaining in Division One Dominoes.

Pacemakers Vine A, held to a draw by Kings A, are two points ahead of Bridge A who beat Nags Head A 6-2.

Five chasing teams are within two points of Bridge A.

Division Two Dominoes leaders are relegated George, who beat promoted British Lion A 6-2.

Last seasons unbeaten champions Hop Pole and Leisure Club A are also 100 percent.

They won 5-3 at Cross Keys A and British Lion B and trail the leaders by two points.

Division Three Dominoes is almost as close as the darts, with five points covering all teams and none have maintained an unblemished record.

LMR Sports Club drew with North Ward A, who along with Kings Arms B and Shavington Club trail the leaders by two points.

Coppenhall Leighton's amazing start in Division Four Dominoes continued with a whitewash of last season's champions Brunel.

So far they have dropped one point in their two matches.

Challengers Leisure Club B and Liberal Club are also 100 percent after wins at Sydney A and Last Orders, but are way behind the leaders.

Division Five Dominoes 100 percent leaders Cross Keys B won 5-3 at RAOB B and head Lion & Swan and Old Oddies, who drew their clash, by one point.
