I refer to the review of the rateable value of properties that is being conducted throughout the country at the moment.
As well as our council tax payments being increased, I don't think a lot of people appreciate that, if the rateable value of their property is increased, then their water and sewerage charges will also increase.
This is because the water and sewerage charges are based on the rateable value of the property.
This is on top of the annual increases by the services provider.
