UKRAINIAN pianist Sergei Salov will perform at St Wilfrid's Church in Grappenhall today, Thursday.
The winner of last year's Montreal International Piano Competition will be the latest act to grace the Live at St Wilfrid's! series.
The 25-year-old's programme will include works by Scarlatti, Beethoven, Chopin, Debussy and Ravel played on a Steinway piano loaned by Arts Council England.
Tickets, priced £9 (£8 for senior citizens) and £3 for children, can be obtained from the usual outlets, including Edwin Allen, on Buttermarket Street and Best Wishes, on London Road, Stockton Heath, or by calling 265146, 262792 or 266208.
