A BIRCHWOOD supermarket has re-launched its schools education programme to cut down on childhood obesity.
Asda Birchwood has set up The Big Healthy Eat, a programme that aims to increase the amount of fruit and vegetables that five to 11-year-olds eat.
The children are invited to take part in interactive educational trails at the store, and sample a range of exotic fruits.
Any primary school in the area that is interested in taking part, can contact Michelle Monks on 823601.
