LITTLE artists in Culcheth have been honoured with a national art award.
Culcheth Community Primary School was one of nine winners honoured in the Persil Hands On Art Award.
The winning class travelled to a special ceremony at the Natural History Museum and was presented with a trophy by CBBC stars Kirsten O'Brien and Mark Spate.
Seeing off competition from
100 other schools, pupils took their inspiration from observational studies of vegetables and designed stuffed peppers which won them the prize for the four-to-seven age category.
