MID Cheshire Operatic Society is looking for standard bearers to take part in a musical event celebrating the anniversary of VE Day.
When They Sound The Last Call, a variety show to commemorate 60 years since the Victory in Europe Day, takes place next month and the show's producers want to include a parade of standards to take place in the finale of this all singing, all dancing show.
Organisers want to hear from any Royal British Legion branches and ex servicemen who would like to take part in the performances, which will take place on Friday, May 6 and Saturday, May 7, at 7.30pm and at 2.30pm on the anniversary day itself, May 8.

Tickets for the event are priced £6 and can be booked by ringing the number above.
