WARRINGTON Rugby Union Football Club took three of their junior sides to Broughton Park RUFC on Sunday and came away delighted to have secured three more wins.
The under 11s trailed the hosts for much of their physical encounter and, despite losing several players to injury, managed to turn things around with a penalty try late in the second half. A converted try from Joe Guest resulted in Warrington securing a 35-26 victory.
Broughton under 10s led Warrington at the halfway point of their game but a hat-trick of tries from Tim Jeffers and one from Jack Johnson in the second half saw Warrington run out worthy winners with a final score of 20-5.
Warrington's under nines were impressive in winning 65-25 thanks to a hat-trick of tries from Ben Hockenhull, four from James Johnson and two apiece from Jack Gray, Charlie Davies and Alex Bennett.
Warrington's juniors compete in the Wrexham Tournament this weekend.
