WHEN a fatal accident occurs with one of the many off-road bikes that are now out of control in Vale Royal, will our Chief Constable then resign, without taking his lottery-sized pension?
PC Fraser says in local papers that we cannot catch these people a second time. I would say to Fraser and his colleagues, if you cannot catch a few simple morons with all the technology you have, find yourselves another job.
