PARAMEDICS were called to a bus and car smash in Warrington town centre on Wednesday morning.
The number one bus to Westy and a black Renault Clio collided just before 8am at the junction of Rylands Street and Cairo Street.
Police closed the one-way street while the area was cleared.
There were no serious injuries sustained.
Meanwhile, a man was taken to hospital following a car crash in Latchford half-an-hour later.
Two cars collided in Kingsway South at around 8.30am at the roundabout close to the ambulance station.
Paramedics were called to the scene and one man was taken to Warrington Hospital with minor injuries.
Rush hour traffic was left queuing back to Manchester Road following the smash.
