THE next phase of the Chapleford Urban Village can go ahead after developers won planning permission.
Persimmon Homes has been given permission to build 127 homes in phase four of the site which will contain more than 2,000 houses as well as a school and a hospital.
Ian Jones, land manager at Persimmon, said: "This is an exciting development opportunity and further strengthens Persimmon's leading market position in the north west."
