CLEAN Team volunteers in Middlewich have once again been working their magic to brighten up the town - by painting plain chipboards.
The group, dedicated to promoting the positive aspects of the town, was fed up looking at boarded up shop windows and so came up with a solution to make shopping areas look more attractive.
Clean Team secretary Maxine Wrench said: "We decided to be proactive and obtained permission from the owners to paint the boards outside their shops. We also painted premises further up Wheelock Street.
"The chipboards definitely look more attractive painted black than plain chipboard so many thanks to Clean Team members who helped."
