MEMBERS of Moulton Parish Council were updated on a number of issues affecting their village when they met with a Cheshire Highways officer.
Other parties such as the Parish Plan committee and Residents Against Mine Pollution (RAMP) were also invited to the informal meeting held on Thursday.
Highways officer Bob Hindhaugh spoke about issues such as speeding in the village and problems with the junction of Brick Kiln Lane with the A533 Davenham bypass.
Councillors have also been worried about the controversial safe route to the County High School, Leftwich.
Any progress on these issues will be raised at the next meeting of the parish council, from 7.30pm at Moulton Village Hall on Monday, May 9.
