TEENAGERS from mid Cheshire will get the chance to experience life in the medical profession when they take part in a Take a Child to Work event tomorrow, Thursday.
Potential doctors, nurses and NHS support staff of the future will be working alongside staff from Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Trust as part of the initiative, gaining a unique insight into the working life of the service.
Stella Clayton, head of learning and development at the Trust, said: "It will provide youngsters with the perfect opportunity to find out more about the vast array of occupations that are available."
The youngsters, aged between 13 and 18, will take part in practical workshops and visit areas of the hospital, including the laundry, not normally seen by the public.
