A RACE night in aid of charity Lupus UK takes place this week.
Northwich Town Mayor Clr Mel Slater will host the horse race evening at Castle Private Club, David Street, Castle, on Friday night.
There will be eight on-screen races and bets will be accepted for each event.
Horse ownership is priced at £3 and there will be certificates and wine on offer for those whose horses finish in pole position.
Admission to the 7.30pm event is £1 and horse owners will have free entry into the paddock.
