ONCE again the cost of posting a letter has gone up.
I would like to ask Royal Mail how much they pay for the elastic bands that are discarded every day by delivery staff. In one hour I counted 200 of these rubber bands on the streets of Winsford.
Why can't Royal Mail be eco friendly and reuse these instead of polluting the environment? Then we might find the cost of postage less.
