IT'S time for grass cutting again and I've noticed that again it's a case of 'do as I say, not as I do' from the council. We are told to recycle grass cuttings, tins, bottles and so on.
Why can't the council get bagged lawn mowers or have someone raking the grass after it has been cut?
I don't often see improvements after Council Tax rises, but this is one thing I wouldn't mind paying a bit extra a year for, instead of having grass walked through my house every day and not letting my children play outside but making them stay in the garden.
Also on the subject of mess, could the people from Oldhall Road and Adlington Drive stop being so lazy and pick up after their dogs. If you can't look after them you shouldn't have them!
