LITTER and debris caught in hedges and roadside are annoying residents.
They have complained to the parish council about the mess along Broad Lane in Burtonwood.
The parish council is going to write to Warrington Borough Council to ask for the litter to be removed.
Residents say that it spreads right up to the St Helens boundary.
