POLICE in Newton have joined a new initiative to cut anti-social behaviour on the borough's streets.
As part of Merseyside Police's latest campaign aiming to combat disruptive and violent behaviour with the spotlight on young people drinking alcohol.
Positive action will also be taken via a multi-agency project in the coming weeks to target persistent offenders and places where disorder takes place.
