The Lions Lane club announced development work would begin in two weeks, following financial support from the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB).
The pavilion has also received an interest free loan from the Foundation for Sports and Arts for the scheme estimated to cost £280,000.
And last month the Warrington Guardian reported Wren, Bridgewater High School, Appleton and Stockton Heath Parish Councils had also donated money for injections.
The club, which opened in 1901, has 100 junior members and the only women's cricket team in Warrington.
Budding young cricketers interesting in joining the club should contact Dave Darbyshire on 821688.
