A PLAY-OFF is needed in the Earlestown Town Furnishing Snooker League to find the player with the most wins during the season, which ended this week.
Phil Arnold's defeat of Colin Moore in Newton Social B's 4-2 win against Stubshaw Labour means he has achieved 22 victories this season - the same as Beer Engine's Mathew Lawrenson.
Champions Beer Engine lost their final game 5-1 in at Newton Social A and Lawrenson was their only winner.
Haydock Reading Room A finished four points behind Beer Engine in the table after this week's 5-1 success against Haydock Catholic B. Reading Room A's only loser was F Hill against M Holmes.
Newton Social A were a further four points behind and North Ashton C came fourth.
In other games, Jeff Robinson made a break of 37 in his win against Tommy Davenport as Earlestown Cons won 5-1 against Garswood Labour.
Bryn Labour won 5-1 against St Pats, Haydock Catholic A beat Viaduct 4-1, and Golborne Catholic were held to a draw by Bank Street.
