STOCKTON Heath Tennis Club's men's first team have made a strong start to the new season.
They followed up a National League walkover victory against Wallasey Manor with a 10-2 victory against Newton in Warrington League Division One, with Dave Trainor and Sean Dunstan winning four out of four sets.
However, the second team, who are also in Division One, lost 10-2 to Lane, while the thirds beat Lane's seconds in Division Two.
