PADGATE Gymnastics Club are celebrating the achievements of three national medal winners and are keeping their fingers crossed for another glory shot this weekend.
Emma Sylvester, Katy Johnson and Lynsey Matthews won team bronze medals in the national finals of club grades at Kettering on Saturday.
Anna Stubbs, aged 10, of Woolston, will be in the elite compulsories national finals in Birmingham on Sunday.
Coaches Kelly Simcock, Sioban Simcock and Katy Simpson are delighted with the success.
Eleven-year-olds Emma, of Padgate, and Katy, of Woolston, were in the north west grade three team, while 13-year-old Lynsey, of Glazebury, was in the north west grade two side.
Another club member, Kelly Burrows, was in the north west team in grade one and narrowly missed out on a bronze medal.
In the individuals competitions, Emma was Padgate's best-placed gymnast when finishing in sixth spot overall.
