MAGGOT racing will be on the agenda when Penketh and Old Hall Angling Society stage a family fun day to raise club funds.
The society are looking to improve funds so that a junior section can be supported and so that disabled access to their two fishing pools can be proved.
Members are hoping that attractions like maggot racing, beat the goalkeeper, bash the rat and a bouncy castle in Sunday's fun day from 1pm at The Maltings pub, Bewsey Farm Close, Old Hall, should do the trick.
