PART of Dunlop Street in Lower Walton is to temporarily close from Tuesday April 26 due to the construction of a new manhole in the highway.
The closure will apply from Dunlop Street's junction with Chester Road in a south-westerly direction for a distance of 25 metres.
Works are expected to last two weeks although the closure order will be effective for 18 months.
Access will be under the control of the contractor on site.
