THE Cheshire Cadets Drum and Bugle Corps has bought a xylophone and uniforms with two borough council grants - £400 from the community chest and £500 from the community lifeline fund.
The group is based at Kennedy Hall and Bennett's recreation ground, off Blackbrook Avenue in Padgate, meet on Sundays at 12pm and Wednesdays at 6.30pm.
