HALTON Council's Drug Action Team has issued a warning to heroin users following advice from colleagues at a Lancashire-based authority about contaminated substances.
Users of heroin in the area are being warned that there is a batch of the drug currently in circulation that contains Lithium and Ketamine.
It is very dark brown in appear
ance and a number of users have already overdosed following use.
If you experience any difficulties it is important that you call an ambulance.
