LATCHFORD THERE was a hint of Parisian life at Priestley College as students took to the stage in an adaptation of Moulin Rouge.
Second year performing arts students took to the stage over the three-night sold out run as part of their final assessment.
The show was based on the hit Baz Luhrmann movie of the same name set in a Paris club where a penniless writer falls for the star performer.
Tutor Nancy Maury said: “There was a great deal of planning that went into the production and the results spoke for themselves.
“It has been a pleasure for all of the team to work with this particular group of students, although the performance was their last at Priestley.
“We wish them all the very best for whatever they choose to do in the future.”
