WIGS, buckets and sponges were put to use on Saturday for a fun-filled charity car wash.
Staff and volunteers from The Relationships Centre embraced the sunshine by cleaning cars for cash at - Aldi supermarket car park on Crosfield Street.
The determined team raised more than £175, with one woman donating money for the dedication of the helpers who sported wigs despite the warm weather!
Cash raised will go towards the charity’s long-running Life Skills Academy Appeal.
Lucy Hindmarch, acting director of the Relationships Centre, would like to thank everyone who made the event possible and for members of the public who donated their money to the worthy cause.
