THE Cheshire Cadets Drum and Bugle Corps will host a fundraiser this weekend in which they will showcase music celebrating their new theme ‘The Prince of Egypt’.
This Sunday from 3pm they will be at Kennedy Hall on Bennett’s Recreation Ground, Padgate, putting on a full show.
The group, which has been going since 1994, is trying to raise its profile to encourage more people to get involved and know who they are.
Band members are also trying to raise money for a new van so they can tour without having to hire transport, and for uniforms for new members.
The band has a website, cheshirecadets.org, which gives more information on future appearances.
