MEMBERS of Oughtrington Community Association have thanked Lymm Parish Council for money given in their marathon charity effort.
Supporters of the centre have raised £250,000 for a massive refurbishment, and the parish council has given £50,000.
Clr Bob Barr said: “They have a very sound business plan.
“And they wanted to extend a large thanks to the parish council for their efforts.”
