A UNITED Utilities worker who lost 4st to qualify as an aerobics instructor has started her own classes.

By day Lynn Burrows, aged 23, of Woodhall Close, Great Sankey, keeps the taps flowing and toilets flushing for the water giant, but by night she dons lycra and leggings to lead aerobics.

Super-fit Lynn plunged from 14.5st tl 10.5st to fulfill her dream.

She said: “I joined an aerobics class because I wanted to lose some weight and I quickly got the bug.”

One of her proudest moments was co-instructing an outdoor class of nearly 2,000 people in Warrington as warm up to St Rocco’s Hospice Moonlight Walk.

Lynn is now running a regular weigh-in and workout Saturday class for Mindslim Mindrobics at Crosfields Recreation Club, Great Sankey, which launched on May 9.
