CHILDREN at Gorse Covert Primary School had a visit from a special guest in their Big Read charity effort.
Helen Jones, Warrington North MP, visited the school to support the day.
The Big Read sees youngsters from across the globe joining forces to keep the pressure on world leaders to ensure children do not miss out on schooling.
The charity is aiming to have all children in primary school education across the world by 2015.
