PROPOSALS for a single-storey side and back extension including raising the height of a garage at 29 Fleming Drive in Winwick have been refused by Warrington Borough Council.
Retrospective planning permission has been granted for a single-storey rear extension at number 21 Rushton Close in Burtonwood.
Blueprints for a single-storey back extension at number 14 Carmathen Close in Callands have been submitted to Warrington Borough Council.
A single-storey side extension will be built at 53A Hudson Close in Old Hall after plans were approved by Warrington Borough Council.
