THE next door neighbour of a woman branded ‘vile’ by former neighbours is determined to set up a committee to build a stronger community and help others deal with anti-social residents.

Steve Ryan, aged 49, has borne the brunt of Judith Ogden’s terrorism since she moved into her rented home on Forshaw Street seven months ago.

He said: “Her reputation proceeds her. She has always been the same. When she moves from here I want to know where she has gone because the people she will be living by need a heads up.

“Those people might be fragile or be a community where it is mostly old age pensioners.

“We want to set up a tenant’s committee and a neighbourhood watch – a lot is going to come from this to build a stronger community so we can get some peace and quiet.”

He added: “Once she is actually gone we are going to get things sorted so that people don’t have to feel vulnerable and we will let other neighbourhoods know how to get rid of scum so eventually they will have to behave and not be let to rule the roost.

“If they want to live in Warrington they have got to abide by the rules.”
