CELEBRATE world fair trade day in style with a selection of fairly traded clothes and jewellery up for sale in a market.
Fair trade supporters and producers will be holding the market selling a wide range of products that help to lift many workers out of abject poverty as part of events around the world this Saturday.
From 10.30am until 3.30pm the Events Hall of Warrington Market will be filled with stalls from visiting suppliers invited by Warrington Market’s very own Fair 4 All stall.
Hilary Thomson, one of the organisers, said: "As well as all the fair trade goods, we will have live musical entertainment; some on didjeridoos, and free tastings of delicious fair trade jams and cakes. There will also be children's activities, including joining in creating a giant collage from Fairtrade packaging. We want everyone to enjoy celebrating the life changing benefits fair trade is bringing to producers all around the world."
