WARRINGTON-based creative design agency Heaven Creative has been announced as the winner of MEPC Birchwood Park’s free office accommodation promotion.

Established just over a year ago, Heaven Creative has relocated from its home office in Lower Walton to 300sq ft premises in Chadwick House, one of Birchwood Park’s largest and most popular buildings and home to more than 45 organsiations.

As the competition winner, Heaven is enjoying its first year at the estate rent free.

Creative directors Andrew Rowlands and Chris Curbishley are delighted with their win.

Andrew, aged 35, from Lower Walton, said: “We have extensive plans for growth this year and these could not easily have been achieved from a small home office.

“MEPC Birchwood Park is the perfect place for us to lay down our roots. Our existing and target client bases span the north west so the estate’s location at the heart of the region’s motorway system is fantastic for us.

“The facilities are perfect too. The estate is a great place to impress potential clients.

“We look forward to working with some of the 145 companies on the estate to help them to promote their businesses.”

Jonathan Walsh, managing director of Birchwood Park, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Heaven Creative. We believe the company has enormous potential and we can help it grow into a great business.

“Birchwood Park has a strong track record of attracting smaller businesses. Companies can enjoy all the benefits of locating within a large, impressive office building without the extra costs, together with the flexibility to expand without having to move off the estate.”
