A 23-YEAR-OLD has been remanded in custody on two charges of rape.
Daniel Thompson, aged 23, appeared at Warrington Magistrates Court on Saturday morning.
The unemployed man from Wilderspool Causeway spoke only to confirm his name, age and address at the hearing.
The charges relate to an alleged attack in Orford late on Thursday night.
Thompson was denied a ball application and will next appear at Warrington Crown Court on May 15.
