A BEWSEY man has appeared in court charged with kidnap and robbery.
Peter Thomas, aged 45, of Folly Lane, spoke only to confirm his name and address at Warrington Magistrates’ Court today after he was arrested the day before in connection with the kidnapping of an ice cream woman and stealing £100 cash from her van.
He was refused bail and remanded in custody until his next court appearance at Warrington Crown Court on Friday, May 15.
