Then why not head along to a group session that offers support for carers in the area who might want some time to meet others in a similar situation.
The group meets at St Margaret’s Community Centre on Tuesdays where carers can enjoy a friendly atmosphere and also join in on social events, lunches and also the chance to talk confidentially to a carer support worker.
The sessions run between 10am until noon at the community centre on Lindley Avenue.
