WILLIAM Hague added his support to campaigners efforts to stop a prison being built in Warrington.
The Conservative Party shadow foreign secretary was in the town earlier today and offered his support to the campaign against the proposed Titan prison that could be built on Omega.
He met with Warrington South Conservative MP hopeful David Mowat who took him to see residents in Whittle Hall opposed to plans that could see prison with 2,500 inmates built on the land set for the Omega business park.
