A MAN is due to be sentenced tomorrow, Tuesday, after admitting making a malicious phone call to a woman in Warrington.
Bryan Atkinson, of Regent Avenue, St Helens, will appear before Warrington Magistrates’ Court at 9.30am.
The 39-year-old appeared before magistrates in the town on March 16 where he admitted one count of making a malicious phone call to a woman in Warrington, in November.
He also asked for another two offences – in the Skelmersdale area – to be taken into consideration.
