AROUND 240 ladies lunched with the Children’s Adventure Farm Trust to raise £9,500 for the charity — £3,000 more than last year.
The cocktail-themed event at Mere Golf and Country Club saw the guests enjoy an afternoon of decadence including a three course meal with Bellinis served by ‘Butlers in the Buff’.
Meanwhile, Cole Page serenaded guests with crooning songs from the swing era and even encouraged a few ladies to join in.
A fashion show then followed by Andrea Claire of Cheadle Hulme, including guest models and CAFT patrons Jenny James and Sarah Storey, plus firemen from Stockton Heath Fire Station.
